Properties:

XT-540 is a multipurpose organic complex with the function of softening water... It can be used as a chelating agent in the boiling-out and bleaching process, leveling, a dispersing agent in the reactive dye, direct dye, and VAT dye. It is equivalent to Hanker 540.

Usage:

1. Scouring auxiliaries

The dosage is 1-4g/L

2.Bleaching auxiliaries

When added into bleaching liquor, it has a good chelating ability to Ca, Mg, Fe, Cu, and prevent the fabric strength decline and hole and improve whiteness. XT-540 can seal off the metal ions, so indirectly control the decomposition speed of hydrogen peroxide. The dosage is 2-3g/L

3.Dye auxiliary

When dyeing, XT-540 can effectively chelate Ca, Mg in the dye liquor. It has a strong dispersing function to dye and coating, prevent dye sediment, and improve vividness and dye depth. The dosage is 1-2g/L

4.When soaping, XT-540 can prevent white defiled. The dosage is 1-2g/L

5.When used as a water softener, and the dosage is 0.05-0.1g/L

Package and Storage:

Normally In 25kg net Plastic Drum, IBC drum can also be used as required. Storage for six months for neutralized and ten months for acid in room shady and dry place.
